Free cupping and Palate training suggestions

So to drive business in for myself and the Cigar lounges that are supporting me I want to do a palate training which will consist of the coffee tasting wheel in physical form and 3 Oz coffee pour over samples one coffee poured at a time, and finish with a cigar tasting (blind like the coffees). From the people I have spoken to so far I can expect about 8 cigar smokers to come out or more.

Any suggestions? how have you guys done this in the past? What should my tasting table be composed of As far as tasting and smelling elements?

I can't imagine combining a coffee tasting with cigar smoking.

It sounds like a good excuse for a bunch of cigar smokers to get together.

Make the setup look organized, tidy and professional, and they'll be happy.
