Question..... I know Edison NJ has a very latrge Indian population and many excelent Indian restaurants. Do you know if any of them offer traditional South Indian "filter coffee"? (it uses a special brewing press and the heated milk is poured back and forth from glass to glass with the coffee to aerate or "foam" it before serving).
