Outdoor Menu Advice

I purchased a drive through coffee shop and we are going to do redo the menu. I was wondering if anyone had experience with out door menus and what you suggest? I'd like something that can be changed if needed, to add special drinks etc, but it also has to be weather resistant so we can't do a chalkboard or something like that. Any advice would be great.
