Hello everyone...I will be in Denver,Colorado this week and would like some recommendations for some Coffee Shops that roast their own beans. I will be staying in the centre of the City. Appreciate any suggestion you may have.

Another one to check out is called Boxcar ... its located in a 'shared' building called the Source. It has two restaurants, and multiple craft food makers in one place. Its fairly close to downtown. If your in a mood for a funky breakfast joint check out the Denver Biscuit Company and there is always Voodoo donut! I too will be in Denver later this week... those are all my go-to stops when I'm in town.

Shoot for Boxcar and Huckleberry then... they are closer to downtown and have nice cafes.

Just a quick report back from my trip to Denver.I did manage to get to Denver Biscuit company,Huckleberry and Boxcar,had a nice chat with the Head Roaster at Boxcar. Thank you again for the recommendations,great City,great people!
