ICO CAFE in Guatemala - solar powered, self sustained coffee cart cafe.

ICO cafe in Guatemala is the eco friendly coffee cart started by Manuel Lara Paiz and his wife, Vivian in 2014.

    https://www.facebook.com/ICO-CAFE-735300429816636/

their idea was to manufacture the coffee cart using 12V car battery & inverter, equip with solar panels to provide for own power and cater to the food & coffee cart/truck market in Guatemala city.

Their goal was to have a coffee cart which is self-sustaining, serving excellent coffee anywhere without the need of a cable running into a house or to a light pole.

Just wondering... does anyone has similar concept coffee carts?

BTW, I do not think that ICO means "international coffee organization" which was established in 1963, but I wonder that what that stands for....
