    ICO CAFE in Guatemala - solar powered, self sustained coffee cart cafe.

    ICO cafe in Guatemala is the eco friendly coffee cart started by Manuel Lara Paiz and his wife, Vivian in 2014.

    their idea was to manufacture the coffee cart using 12V car battery & inverter, equip with solar panels to provide for own power and cater to the food & coffee cart/truck market in Guatemala city.

    Their goal was to have a coffee cart which is self-sustaining, serving excellent coffee anywhere without the need of a cable running into a house or to a light pole.

    Just wondering... does anyone has similar concept coffee carts?

    BTW, I do not think that ICO means "international coffee organization" which was established in 1963, but I wonder that what that stands for....
