Apparently we have a limescale problem. We have an Everpure high-flow filtration system with scale reducer for the who shop but that's not doing enough. We just had our La Cimbali espresso machine professionally descaled at a cost of more than $1,000. The service guy said we need to do something about the limescale. I've looked into putting a 12L manual recharge softener just for the espresso machine. Another option I've found is the Bunn Scale-Pro filter kit.
Has anyone else had to deal with a bad limescale problem? What did you end up doing?
