    lids 7 cent
    cups 9/12/19 cents for S/M/L

    Is this all of your menu? Do you have any other drinks?
    Or is this just what you have identified as "the issues?"

    What is your cost for cream and milk?
    Look at the last month, and add eom dairy inventory along with all dairy purchases - bom
    Then divide that dollar amount by number of cups you sold (last month)
    This will give you a good average dollar amount for dairy per cup

    How much coffee are you wasting? Did you account for this?

    Thanks for replying;

    what all I have is the (drip coffee 25%), (esspress drinks 25%), and (food 25%) and others 25%

    my issue is, what is wrong with my cost?
    is my beans too expensive ?
    is my paper cups too expensive?
    is that I do not have enough sales?
    is that I put too much grounds to make a cup of coffee ( a shot of espresso)?
    should I use less amount of coffee grounds for espresso shot ?
    and so on.

    yes, 3 oz for a double shot of espresso as required by Franchiser; 0.04 LB grounds of coffee to make a single or double shot.

    our machines are calibrated to make double shot at one time, so for a single shot order, we will have to waste half of it.

    4.53/4000 *330 =$0.374/M
    4.53/4000 *450 = $0.510/L

    One last question what is your price per syrup bottle? How many pumps do you put in each drink?

    I will have a nice present for you later (I'm on vacation!)

    I did not add the syrup price in it;
    for espresso drinks, here is the syrup we add in
    0.5 oz for S
    0.7 oz for M
    1.0 oz for L

    the price per bottle is almost $11.0/L

    1L cream is $2.19, 1 oz is 30ml;
    So cost of cream for drip coffee is: $0.144 / oz $0.288/S $0.36/M $0.432/L
    And we do not count in the sugar, napkin, tray and others
    The total cost of drip coffee is
    0.334 + 0.09 + 0.062 + 0.067 + 0.288 = $0.841 /S
    0.446 + 0.112 +0.062 +0.067 +0.36 =$1.047 /M
    0.557 +0.185 +0.062+0.067+0.432 =$1.303 /L
    I think your math on the cream was a little off. You said the cream costs 2.19/L. If there's 30 ml in 1 oz. It would be 30/1000 * 2.19.= 0.0657/oz NOT .144/oz. I'm not sure if that helps your numbers that much.
