Thanks. Kind of a funny story. While we lived in Denver, Mary my wife liked to goto the local juice place and I liked to goto the local coffee shop. We thought man wouldn't it be cool if we could get coffee and smoothies together in the same place... So there the name was born. Then... when we started the coffee shop some one came in and said man I love your name.. (S)hawn and (M)ary's coffee. So that is where the apostrophe at the end of our name came from and it stuck. Thanks, hope to serve you coffee some time here in Colby Kansas. We actually get people who drop in from all over the world.
