We're interested in recommendations on software used by those in the coffee industry to track/maintain customer information. Anything out there particularly good or bad at this function?

We do our website through Volusion, which has a lot of great built-in customer management features.

We use Enteros for advanced database management, it's a great tool for maintaining and processing customer information, has many features and we haven't got any troubles with it so far. It's used in many spheres and we wanted something that really proved to be efficient and stable.
