    LOL Whatch got there, a shot of straight robusta?

    We get good crema from a blend of brazilian natural, nicaraguan, sumatra and a bit of high-quality robusta.

    If the ground is too fine, this would happen as well...

    The espresso should be done less then 20 seconds and that is like 35.... lol.... No wonder you get that much .....
