    MindxInc, how much time is there between pouring, stirring, spooning and pressing?

    I guess if you live in cold places, heat dissipation is an issue.

    Here in the Philippines tho, it's not that big a deal.

    What I do is get the hot water from a dispenser and pour it in the press. Stir. Wait 5 minutes and that's it.

    I find it tastes the same as when Starbucks or Coffee Bean when they use the press after grinding the beans. So, I guess my method is ok.
