Hi:) New here and have a question-Keurig won't go past "brew"

Good morning

Hope everyone is having a great day! My Keurig (SS 700 Cuisinart single serve) won't go past the initial stage of brew-begins making the noise and then immediately stops and nothing happens. Has this happened to anyone else? Thanks

Hey hello! I think you should refer to the user manual or just simply call the sales man for some after-sales service.
