Hi.

I just purchased some freshly roasted coffee ( I have purchased from them before ). I was told to leave it a week to air before using last time, but I wanted to give it a go as soon as I got it.

The problem I have is that when I pour in the milk ( Soya ) it starts to curdle. It never did this before and I have used 3 different bottles of milk ( All Freshly open and tastes normal )

Could it be that the coffee is too acidic and needs time to air?
Could it be a bad roast batch?

It's definitely not the milk itself.

what kind of coffee did you buy? can you take a photo of the labels, front and back, and email to us?
and how did you prepare it?

from my experience, "too acidic" or "time to air" or "bad roasted batch" will not do that. But again, I never tasted THAT extreme case of acidic/bad roasted yet....
