Hello, we are breaking ground on a new drive thru espresso stand in Ferry county Washington state. The building inspector is stating we have to have a ADA ramp, parking spot and bathroom. We do not intend on hiring employees anytime soon. With this information it will kill our budget. Anyone out there hear of such a thing???:-?:-?:???:

Yes. There isn't any way around this either. If building inspector wouldn't have pointed that out you would have had a lawyer show up and say that his client is filing a suit against you unless you get to code. He then hands you a card for a contractor that can do the work. It happened to an old friend of mine. He got the quote from the contractor and said screw it...he did the work himself. It cost him more to do it himself but he said he didn't want to give the money to them...here is an article about similar cases...
