Two level African beds for Natural process.

As more Natural demands from Asian countries, in Acatenango, Guatemala, some farms are doing Natural African Bed style drying. In Kenya or Ethiopia, it will take about two weeks to finish Natural, but in Guatemala, it might take up to 40 days due to weather conditions.
here, in this farm, they apply two beds to process them more cleanly. Bottom bed is for the cherries with 15% moisture and top bed is 16% and up.
