Can I Use This Kettle with Pour-Overs?

How less effective it would be? Can I get a good cup of coffee? Which pour-over method will be the most efficient with this type of kettle? Will it create too much problem for V60?

Go with a gooseneck kettle if you're doing pour overs.. you will have better flow control over your water.

This is traditional tea kettle and there are 3-4 in my house If it would work I will use it for V60 and I hope it is.

just take the kettle and try it ... can you slowly pour water out of the kettle at a steady flow...

If you are following the rules of making good coffee, fresh ground beans, water temp etc... it will be better than what most of the world is drinking.

I have to ask, why the two spouts on that kettle, I don't think I've ever seen one like that.

I am following that rules also for the French Press..

It is a traditional kettle for brewing tea.

What about V60 vs Kalita?
