Cold Brew Latte

I have lately been on the cold brew trend after trying some and making it at home. I don't have a fancy pro grade maker and I normally let it sit in the fridge for two days which makes it really smooth for my taste. I'm wondering if I could take that concept and apply it to other drinks, like lattes. If you have made it for home or your shop, let me know.

Cold brew coffee is mellow, and sweeter than a conventional Americano or filters coffee, with a lower acidity. It's also a greener option, as it doesn't require heat or electricity.
