[h=1]Whose sleep will be affected more? Coffee drinkers or non coffee drinkers? Who will have a much better time falling asleep between these two if someone drinks a moderate cup of coffee with milk or cream? Do all people fare the same? An opinion please. rsvp.[/h]

If both people drink the same cup of coffee, the coffee drinker will probably have an easier time sleeping. Having said that, drinking caffiene and going to bed should be avoided, it confuses your body and can upset your natural balance. I try to avoid caffiene for at least 4 hours before bed in order to get a restful sleep, but everyone reacts differently.

Some people's sleep isn't affected negatively by coffee at all.

I'm very lucky in that coffee doesn't affect my sleep at all, I can have multiple double latte's and fall straight to sleep.
