    acid and caffeine

Between instant coffee and ground roast, which one is less acidic and has less caffeine? Are both coffees processed the same way or not in the end? Which one will prevail in these two qualifications? Im not talking about lower end or anything. rsvp.

You seem to be asking these same questions over and over again. Here is what I found by doing a Google search:

The caffeine of instant coffee is generally less than in regular brewed coffee. In fact on a cup-for-cup basis of equally strong coffee, instant coffee has about half the caffeine of filtered brewed coffee.

Instant coffee has a high level of acidity and can cause acid reflux. Once you add milk, cream and sugar, the acidity levels rise.

Instant coffee is literally just 100 percent coffee beans that have been roasted, ground and brewed with water into a liquid, then dehydrated, so it has the same health benefits as ground coffee beans. The differences between instant and ground coffee are pretty negligible, but there may be a small difference in terms of antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and caffeine levels. The main difference is found in potassium levels, with ground coffee having more than double the potassium of instant.
