Newbie with question on full roast . . . . using a Fresh Roast SR500

Hi,
Am new to forum and home roasting..I.like a full roast and use the Fresh Roast SR500...so many ways..start on HI..start at LOW...etc...
What procedure would you recommend for a full toast with that roaster?
How long after 2nd crack would you wait? What heat? Fan?
lost...thanks..so much to learn....
