How about a Clever dripper or a single cup dripper, they make some nice ceramic ones for under $20. I also have a Melitta Ready Joe dripper, they are under $10.

The best possible gift? A La Marzocco Linea Mini. A bit expensive but they did say "ultimate".

Personally, I would love to get Cirque F1 Tarrazu Natural from Viola.
they claim that it was the highest scoring instant coffee ever. 90 points!!!! (by the way, I had no idea there is cupping scoring for instant coffees... has anyone heard about this???? if so, Nescafe is like 14???)
but one serving costing more than $5.00 plus shipping, I do not think that anyone will get me this, ha ha ha
