Some Health Benefits of Coffee
Hello everyone , I am new here and of course a coffee lover.( dark roast only) I just wanted to post about some of the health benefits of coffee as stated by Dr Charles Livingston
who own Lifeboost Coffe where he states that

Coffee is the best thing in the world! I've also heard that it prevents suicidal thoughts. You know why? Because coffee gives us happy moments and a person who likes coffee less often thinks about something bad.

It is no accident that coffee has become one of the most popular drinks in the world. It has been found that coffee reduces or completely relieves headaches, as it dilates the blood vessels of the brain. So as soon as I start to feel a migraine, I immediately drink coffee. in any case, do not drink coffee too much because it can have a detrimental effect on your health. I try to drink more often best decaf coffee which has as everyone knows much less danger and harm. The taste of coffee is the same and the benefits are much more.

Like everything it depends on multiple factors if something is healthy.
Coffee has some great upsides but some downsides too. Sure thing: you can only enjoy the benefits of coffee if the beans are freshly grinded. If you're searching for a healthy bean make sure it's organic.
Other things that influence the quality of the bean:
-Type of bean
-Roast type and roast date
Some other things that determine whether you're benefiting from drinking coffee or not:
-Ammount of coffee you drink
-Moment of drinking
-Physical state you're in (i wouldn't suggest coffee when you have stressed adrenals)
