Well, none now.
When I first started drinking coffee 25 years ago, I used a lot of both sugar and milk. But then, the coffee from a can was like a ground-up insole and really, really needed it.Coffee leads men to trifle away their time, scald their chops, and spend their money, all for a little base, black, thick, nasty, bitter, stinking nauseous puddle water. ~The Women's Petition Against Coffee, 1674

Depends on what I feel like and how good it is. If I feel like coffee, I drink, well, coffee. If I feel like hot chocolate or hot vanilla, I will do either of these in a cup of coffee.
And if I have run into a sucky cup of joe, I will do whatever it takes to forget and not regret my purchase.

Crap stuff, put milk in
or black with sugar.
never both, not anymore... unless its bad instant!
Decent, filter coffee, either black or black with a hint of sugar (for a change of if too strong to take away the bitterness.

Nothing for espresso, splenda for long drinks and milk based drinks.
Nothing for 1st part of any tasting, milk and sugar as a long drink for 2nd part of tasting.
