    that is depends on what kind of coffee you prefer, latte, chemex, aeropress, regular brewed...etc,
    but if you ask me, for my regular Aeropress or brewed coffee, I love Geisha, Pacamara, Maragogype, Yellow Bourbon. in this order. (washed preparation)

    I prefer central/south american coffees. My favorite is from Guatemala preferably a huehue. Ive had this from several different roasters and it's alway been very good. I've also had a few from Brazil that are tasty. When looking for beans it seems I prefer the ones that mention chocolate, nutty, almond or similar.

    1. varietals of beans such as Maragogype
    2. countries : Guatemala coffee
    3. preparation method : washed, honey...etc
