Not Many Review Sites

I''ve noticed there''s not many coffee and/or cafe review sites. Everyone seems to use Yelp and CitySearch. I wanted to create a review site specific to cafes thus the birth of http://www.coffeereview.net however not many people have written reviews for the site. Everyone wants to read reviews instead of share their own opinions. Any thoughts on how I could encourage people to be good communists and share a little.

I had a look at your site and have a few observations. Are you after reviews of cafe's in the U.S. only, this is how you have it set up? In submitting a review you have your own terms in drop down box's, they are obviously terms you use but they are not descriptions I would use. From looking at the reviews, I do not think people GET your rating system because the amount of stars do not seem to match their comments. Perhaps the site is a little to busy.
