:exclamation:We accidentally ordered a bit too much coffee and we are trying to encourage consumers to try a fractional pre measured 12 cup perfect pot. I believe we have about 300 pieces to share. :coffeespill: All we ask is you pay the postage from our CA office of $2.25. If your interested you can private message me and on Monday we can start shipping them out. Let's call it a Christmas present. Lol. Ok I might get flagged and deleted so if it is wrong to do this go ahead and delete it. I'm not going to be mad just sharing a little cheer for the holidays. If I can't do this I guess I'm going to be a jumping bean over the holiday :-D everyone I know is getting coffee in their stocking! Lol. Happy Holidays Coffee Drinkers. I can give you guys our Paypal account so your safe about your purchase. PM guys and gals. I will give you the details in a return message.

Can anyone tell me how 2.25 ounces of coffee is a "perfect pot"? I do not intend to be controversial, but if the 12 cup pot is 72oz. I would use 4oz.
ground coffee, no less than 3.75oz. I use the formula(fluid ounces divided by 269x16). It is similar to what the SCAA measures for brewing.
If a 12 cup pot is 60 oz., I would use 3.5 ounces. Any thoughts or conjecture?

Agree... The only way I can see 2.25oz to a "12 oz pot" is if they are looking at 4oz cups (48oz total)... There was a little while that a couple of the companies that made generic home coffee brewers were set up with 4oz cup measurements... but I would still be using 2.85 oz of coffee for that...

Cheers!

Anything under something like 2.9 oz in weight that is not overly bulky can be mailed with a normal stamp. That may have more to do with the sample size than any coffee makers...

That offer from Andean Mountain is no longer valid. How I know is because My team is rebuilding their site. You can submit but the email address will bounce. We are the authorized distributor/retailer for Andean Mountain Coffee brand.

Now for the blend of 2.25-2.50oz is for a 10-12 cup pot depending on how strong you enjoy your cup. I would gladly send you guys a pack for your review just to hear your response on our coffee. We call perfect pot fractionals. We have created and all of our followers on our blend of 100% Arabica Beans. We have issues to support everyone's pallet but, in our primary industry in hospitality (restaurants and hotel around the us) we have been successful.

if you have ever been to New York City and had cart coffee it was most likely our fractional pots. We support over 1000 carts guys and supplier in NY alone for over the past 10 years!

Its was was just an offer for the average person. If your a specialist your pallet might be a little more demanding then the average coffee drinker.

Happy Holidays!

I've heard of 4-cup perfect pot coffee grounds in 1oz fractional bags or 10-cup perfect pot in 2.5 oz. Which is a 1/4 oz (a little over 1 tablespoon) per 5 oz "cup" usually catered to the hospitality industry. Bunn pot instructions usually say use a minimum of 2 oz of coffee for a full 10-cup. The 2.25 oz for 12 cups is watered down even by that standard.

Like Edward said, those "perfect pots" are catered to the average coffee drinker's palate. I think the term "perfect pot" also means they are premeasured for the size pot you are brewing.
