Free your mind and make it yourself.
I have used this ratio recipe in a commercial setting with proper vessels and commercial equipment
and sold thousands of dollars of it in Brooklyn, NYC. Also got Brooklyn's Best iced coffee award in a local Rag.
Below are the instructions for cold brew coffee
1.1 gallon container , glass is the best vessel.
2. 100 grams of your favorite blend or single origin bean.
3. Good grinder {braun home coffee grinders are great}
4. Large bleach free paper pour over filters and rubber bands.
In order to make great iced coffee, your really need time. The process involves very little human interaction.
step one:
grind beans very coarsely, put beans into filters in decent amounts and tie up bags.
step two
fill vessel with cold water. leave enough room for coffee bags in vessel
step three
Leave in vessel for 24 to 48 hours.
After the allotted time is done you are ready to drink a clear cold brewed iced coffee. caffeine warning in effect here
