Guess you are supposed to start here! My name is Alan. I live in Denver, CO. My wife and I are considering opening a coffee shop in the next couple of years. We are in the very early R&D stages. I found this forum, and it seems to really help me brainstorm. I would love to chat with other coffee shop owners, and ultimately meet someone from Colorado that has experience in this realm.
