Hi all. I'm just a coffee lover but not too extreme. I retired last year and now enjoy my morning coffee more than ever. I have early childhood memories of coffee such as my Mother giving me coffee (mostly milk) in some kind of painted metal glass (probably lead in there somewhere) and her buying and grinding Eight O'clock coffee at the local A&P (loved that smell). Through the years, I've experimented with different brewing methods and even tried my hand at roasting with a hot air popper and iron skillet. Now, I buy most of my coffee from local roasters but I still have a fondness for Eight O'clock Coffee. I use a Chemex brewer exclusively now and love it.
