I just came across a great location for a coffee shop.
Reasonable rent.
Street front- newer building- corner spave
No competition for about 10 blocks.
Next to floral/gift shop.
Used to be Quiznos
Been a SBO before, but not in food/beverage
Love coffee

Where/ how can I get the education to make the perfect coffee? I live in San Luis Obispo county.
Any and every suggestions is appreciated.
