Hello everyone,

I'm Jimmie. I'm from Canada but I'm living in India. I love coffee and so that has brought me here. :smile:

hi Jimmiemenon, where in India do you live? also, what kind of coffee in India brought you from Canada to India? Just curious. India produces some interesting coffees, however, can not say it is a main player in coffee industry.....

today i roasted small batch of India Pambadampara Estate. dropped between cracks, perhaps could've taken it little further. there's a nice nut-like, butter aroma, but minimal earthy flavor.

…after second crack earthiness becomes more subtle and has a delicate sweetness. straight forward, nothing complex.
