Awesome forum you guys have here! Learning tons everyday just going through the pages.

Im from South Africa.
Im new into the world of coffee but trying to learn as much as possible!
Im Currently Roasting on a Deidrich IR12 which is in my store, Im using it to roast
beans for consumption on site and also for sale.
I have a Bigger roaster on Order (CR50) which should arrive in the next few weeks :smile::smile:
This is going to go into a new store and hopefully allow us to grow into serious suppliers in our area.

Im hoping to be able to pick your brains and get some tips and tricks from all of you.

Hi there! Welcome to the forums! Good to hear business is so good you need to jump to a larger roaster. Loads of people that can help you figure out any issues you might be having..or just learn some new things.

Been to South Africa twice and it is a beautiful country. Love Cape Town and table mountain. The people are great and the countryside on the way down to the Cape is spectacular! I have some friends in Jo-burg so if you are near there let me know so I can tell them to stop in. Welcome to the forum and post some pictures.
