Start-up Roasting Business

Hi, I am currently in the start-up phase of my coffee roasting business. I am roasting out of my home with a 5 lb roaster and just learning the art of roasting. Everyone says my coffee is outstanding. My plan is to build my brand and eventually open a steampunk themed coffee house, hence the name of my business, Steampunk Johnnys Coffee Co. I have sold a few packages but I'm finding the biggest issue is name recognition. Any advice or suggestions are greatly welcomed.

Cross-marketing will get your name out faster. make the joint venture with some well known Barista/cupper...etc or make some sort of alliance with "origin of coffee" farms/cooperatives.
