Hello Coffee Forum,
There is lots of discussion regarding Fluid Bed Coffee Roasting and options available for equipment in the market place. Since 2005, I have been president of ASHE Industries, LLC which was started for the sole purpose of developing a high volume fluid bed coffee roaster for use by coffee farmers. Our primary market was the Kona Coffee District for many years. We have now expanded our product line to include a purpose built chaff collection system for our 10, 15 and 22 lb roasters which allows them to be used in coffee shops and home roasting environment. If there are any questions about Fluid Bed Roasting, we would be glad to answer them.
