Good afternoon! Just joined this forum to read and learn about roasting coffee. My Ex-Girlfriend got me into drinking Espresso so I finally bought a machine and decided to roast the coffee that I would put in it! This kind of thing is right up my alley! Just ordered a Fresh Roast SR500 and am waiting to get it now. I bought 5LBS of Columbian beans to roast and learn with. And will move on from there! Looking forward to the information on this site as most times I find specialty forums such as this have all kinds of knowledgeable people just wanting to help the uneducated such as myself!<br><br>Thanks in advance,<br>Gliden07 <br>
