Hey Everyone,

I'm Rick! I use to be a frequent visitor of forums for coffee etc in the UK but haven't much since I moved to the states 2 years ago. Signed up to say hello.

I take my coffee seriously. Use to be an indie coffee shop owner but now just brew at home.

My set up is La Marzocco GS3 and a Mahlkonig K30!

Hey all,

K30 - my personal opinion is, its the best in the world. So easy and quick to dial in.

Why did I leave the coffee business? My wife and I moved to the USA so closed our store. It wasn't my FT job and that took priority and the reason for our move. It's bloody hard work to run a shop and we decided it didn't fit in our new lifestyle to try and open another. I might invest in something in the future though! But for now, I'm happy being a pro-home brewer

Welcome to the forums! I too am just a home-brewer for now, but my dream is to someday open the store. I guess I'm kinda your opposite... lol!
