Backflow preventor

Hello,
I am in the process of opening a coffee house. I am unable to nail down what type of backflow preventor to use on my FAEMA Enova A2. Plumber points to building inspector, health department points to plumber, roaster points to town.
Help!

My community requires a Backflow on every water meter. I've used both Watts and Wilkins, Wilkins seems to be preferred by the plumbing community and is repairable. Backflow's need to be inspected annually or bi-annually here. Guessing that's what they're talking about, and are going to be looking for the inspection tag hanging on the Backflow valve.

It goes outside by the water meter above ground, and it's good to have it insulated.
