    Hello Hello hello

    Coffee roaster from Connecticut, Started out with cast iron pan, then moved to a whirly-pop, then a Behmor 1600 and now running a small local coffee roasting company here in Connecticut with a 1k machine. I am trying to become the best I can be at learning about the coffee world and roasting coffee. I appreciate all help, advice and information.
