Hi all,

I bought a Breville BES860XL couple weeks ago,
and I have tried different kind of milk (2% reduced, 0%, whole milk and even soy milk)
the milk I made just never turn out right.

BES860XL does give a rich mircofoam on top of the milk,
but the frothed milk below the foam is not creamy & thick at all;
it is as simular as I pour out the milk from bottle.
*** I stop frothing whenever the temp reach 140F -150F

what should i do? what is the problem?
my skill, the brand of milk, the machine itself...etc
please help!!!

It could possibly be one or a combination of any of the things that you mentioned. Could you possibly describe your technique in milk foaming and texturing?

I'm currently looking for youtube tutorials for you, but so far I haven't found anyone doing it with proper technique yet. I'll post again as soon as I find something good.
