This cup is intended for the busy people and this also helps reduce waste.

The cups will be made from wafers lined with heat-resistant white chocolate and wrapped in sugar paper, and will be introduced to KFC along with Starbucks brand Seattle’s Best Coffee.

That is pretty cool. I wonder how difficult it is to store..and how many get destroyed in transit.

Why would anyone want to eat a coffee cup that a bunch of people already handled before it got to you? That's not an appealing thought at all.

Interesting story from the New York Times. If this is going to happen, I wonder why KFC is experimenting in the UK with this idea? Probably cause they favor tea to coffee right? What happens when the cashier needs to pour the coffee into your edible cup? (Hint slimy fingers) This seems unsanitary, but let's see how it goes. Anyways, thanks for the great story and welcome to the community singerjumper9. I'm surprised your post, while providing a great topic to discuss, was not flagged for spam because of the 'coffee cups' link to your bonorblad website. Especially with two super moderators already chiming in on this topic

And thanks from me too, "armorm2"

I have to admit, I don't always take the time to follow the links in posts, unless they look suspicious. I've been getting behind in reading the posts, and following the links tends to slow things down.

Thanks for bringing it to Topher's attention so he could fix it.
