I usually fall victim to the latest fitness fad, such as the new powerspin, which I got as a gift. It's supposed to be only 5 mins a day required, and already I can feel my bingo wings tightening up!

Its impossible to drink a cup of coffee with, but is perfect if you want to stir in sugar automatically

I took a yoga class and eat vegetable a lot. As a typical asian girl I found myself thinner and healthier (and also stronger hehe)

Regular work out and healthy diet works the wonders but a good disposition will also be a good way to jumpstart everything.

This is what I do, hopefully it can help someone, I will be glad.

    1. BMI weight check : finding ideal weight for your height and body shape. for me I am 5'10" medium bone. so I am keeping my weight at 172 for past 30 years.

    2. As i get older, I lose my muscle and metabolism slows down which means I must do more weights to build up the muscle and eat more effective foods (bit more protein than before, not so much oily, sweet, "heavy" foods that packed with bad calories. A lot of veggies, but if you eat too much fruit, that will bring excess calories to you)

    3. currently, I am eating one meal and a half, to cope with my slower metabolism. But before or after I exercise, i take some power bars and drinks that can be completely consumed during work out. and get me going & motivated.
Exercise is a must. at least 5 times a day. 1.5 to 2 hours a day. (Weights and Aerobic combined)

    4. do not eat any heavy foods or alcohols 4 hours before you sleep. (no smoking! if possible)

    5. if you have time or motivation, better to count calories. there are a lot of aps that helps you to count calories. Basically men need about 2200 to 2800 calories a days depends on how much exercise he does. Also please be advised that if you lose/save 3500 calories, that 3500 calories translate to one pound of weight loss.

    good luck and be motivated.

    That's quite a healthy routine.

But, I'm pretty sure you meant to write that you exercise at least 5 times a week.
