I do not know exactly what I will cook for dinner. Most likely - nothing!

Dinner would be whole bread with salad dressings for my diet.

I cooked ravioli with the help of https://snugkitchen.com/best-ravioli-maker/. They were filled with shredded beets (both gold and red) and goat cheese, and sauced simply with butter, balsamic vinegar, and fresh lemon thyme.

Tonight we ordered sushi in. Son had salmon, yellowtail, tuna and fluke sashimi, a Fantastic Roll which is tuna, salmon, yellowtail, masago and scallion wrapped in white seaweed and served with a special sauce. I also had a Fantastic Roll along with a salmon skin hand roll and some qyoza. My wife had a Chirashi which is an assortment of sashimi served over a bowl of rice. After all the ham we've been having the past week, this was a nice change of pace.

My friend and I are living together, we decided to maintain a healthy lifestyle so today I served roasted salmon with green beans and tomatoes, it was super delicious. Besides, I plan to cook a low-calorie dessert but still look for good recipes. Also, I bought Xenical at Canada Drugs Direct to boost the effect of weight loss, hope it's helpful.

    Steamed vegetables and rice (I'm on a low-salt, low-everything mandatory-by-my-doctor diet)
