Foods that can stain our teeth

Hey!! I hope everyone here knows coffee can stain your teeth but do you know that some other food can also stain your teeth. I' m a coffee lover because of which my teeth were severely stained. I have undergone tooth whitening treatment from a clinic in Burlington to remove those stains. Now I have limited the use of coffee. I started researching about the foods that can cause stains and I found many interesting blogs. I thought of sharing this ( 8 Foods To Avoid If You Want To Keep Your Teeth White | Pearl Dental ) here because it might be helpful for someone out there.

Yup! sadly, coffee can stain our teeth and it can even cause its brittleness. Although not only coffee can affect our teeth. Others like pickles, tomatoes, alcohol and lemons are examples of a high acidic foods that can affect our teeth.

Like any drink that isn’t water, coffee helps the bacteria in your mouth to create acids that can lead to tooth and enamel erosion. This can cause your teeth to become thin and brittle. Coffee can also cause bad breath, or halitosis, because it sticks to the tongue. To avoid these coffee problems, eat food before you drink coffee and use a tongue scraper and toothbrush after you finish drinking.

Even if it stains nothing can stop me from drinking coffee I guess you just have to take extra care of your teeth if you're a coffee drinker

I don't really know about coffee-staining-teeth stuff but I believe it's the same for most of kinds of food and drink (like except for drinking water of course), eating and drinking without taking care of our teeth is dangerous. So drinking coffee is pretty much the same anyway.
