Same here, I always wanted to have a hunky body, but I believe motivation is not one of my best attributes. I was only able to go to gym before because of my gf (now ex-gf who forced me to go with here at the gym) who loves looking fit in the camera.

Now, you can go to a different gym on your own and do what you need to do. Revenge is a great motivator. If you work on getting the hunky body that you always wanted, you'll feel good about yourself, and your Ex-girlfriend will see what she's lost out on.

Exactly! Let that be your motivation, whatever the reason of your breakup @Coffeenarr, use it to make yourself look better by taking better care of your health and your body.
