    Getting ones priorities right!

Ok, i might be new on this forum, and as yet haven't found my way into the circle - if indeed there is one? But i love my coffee despite making the cardinal sin by grinding my coffee with a blade grinder! That will change all in good time as my brief research into grinders did bring me here after all.

Anyway, to the point. I understand that dedication is a must for the making of a good barista. Well my dear sirs and sirses's, the floods might have ravaged most of Thailand, my house included which destroyed the ground floor, but not the Gaggia dose!

Why, i here you ask? Preparations were made prior to the metre high deluge; myself and the Gaggia are fine, and that's all that matters. Presently, my Gaggia is residing in temporary accomodation with my wife!

Could this be the start of a beautiful relationship?

Sorry to hear about your home...but glad to hear that you and your machine are doing well. Welcome to the forums!!
