Your creamer is too old.
This happens to me sometimes with regular coffee creamer as well even with creamer that I just purchased. I am curious what causes it as well. I just assume it's the creamer and return it to the store.

Post Subject: this creamer is curdling?
Hey everyone, i''m new to this forum, and i''m sure this is a simple question. i just have no idea what''s wrong.
so this is the 2nd time this has happened. i brewed a cup of coffee today, then i put liquid coffee creamer (coffeemate) into it, and then the creamer and coffee just seemed to separate and it looks gross. i have never had this problem before, and it just seemed to start happening. i unplugged my coffee maker for the last month or two, but then flushed it out and everything. but, i haven''t made one good cup of coffee since.
if anyone can help me out and tell me what''s going on, that would be greatly appreciated.
btw, i''m using a senseo (probably hated on these forums...but that''s all I got) i also am using those \"pods\" where i can use other grounds.

I found some Silk French Vanilla Coffee Creamer at a local grocery store. I considered also getting some almond milk because it is supposed to be richer and creamer, but passed it up.
The Silk creamer tasted absolutely horrible at first. Got myself used to it by adding some french vanilla CoffeeMate to my coffee at the same time. Reduced the CoffeeMate content little by little over a week and half until now I like the coffee with just the Silk creamer. At least, I hope that is why I like it now. Otherwise that means Silk creamer gets better tasting the closer it is to expiring.
On the plus side I discovered Silk Nog, which is a whole lot better than regular egg nog in my opinion.

View entire thread: What do you use as a base for blended drinks?

We did extensive research and found that most base mixes are primarily non-dairy coffee creamer. Just mix Coffee Mate powder with milk and ice, and your flavor, (and espresso) and blend in a Blend Tec 20 amp Smoother blender.
Well, you don't have to use that blender, but it will blend Hot Wheels cars and golf clubs into a fine dust. I was impressed enough to buy one...

View entire thread: why does soy milk curdle?
Posted by Erin Allen on 2006-07-13 08:55:53
Post Subject: Coffee Creamers
You all know that Silk makes a soy-based coffee creamer? It comes in a purple container. It is WONDERFUL, and doesn't curdle. When I run out of that, though, I do use SILK regular soy milk. It didn't used to curdle on me, but it has for the past four months or so. Looks like a mini nuclear explosion in my morning coffee. Hate that.
