I represent some friends who have the contents of a complete coffee shop for sale. All equipment, furnishings, supplies and miscellania required to open a very nice coffee shop. Included is are (2) La Cimballi espresso machines, a roaster, (3) grinders, refrigerators, freezers, display cases, blenders, Fetco brewers and hotpots, as well as shelving, s/s sinks & counters, etc. Also, sofas, leather chairs, tables, stools, lighting, signs, etc. Smalls include paper products inventory, green coffee beans, flavored syrups, etc. This shop was run until very recently and all is in excellent condition. The owners would prefer (and are motivated) to sell everything as a complete lot... all you would need is a location and friends with a big truck.. Please contact me at DPL457@msn.com
Thank you!

Brand new coffee shop for sale in Michigan. Good location and 2 year old equipment - everything to start shop.

Lease improvements include paint, electrical, counter, water line and walls for kitchen and office area.

Any idea on what it's worth based on the fact there is no clientele yet because it's used?

I would think the only thing for sale is the used equipment, furniture and leasehold improvements.

Anyone know how much to offer and what the above would cost for comparison?

I have a coffee shop for sale between Bloomington and Peoria Illinois. It is a beautiful shop with all brand new equipment one year old. I would sell as a complete unit or consider breaking it up. It started out as three of us and ended up just me. It has been great fun, but I want to spend more time with my children and grandchildren. I have lots of pictures. It's definitely a shop that has the looks and personality of a bigger city.

I have a mobile coffee shop for sale. I really hate to sell- but i just had a baby and it will be a few years before I'll have the opportunity to put in the kind of hours that really make this type of business profitable. I'm a school teacher during the day- if I could do it all, I would.

I used it for 1 season at a concert venue. We opened for 25 shows. I'd like to sell everything turnkey. Very clean, awesome setup.

6x10 concession trailer w/windows and a/c
brand new 2 group commercial machine (manufactured by CMA) (they make Astoria and Rio)
brand new commercial vitamix blender
brand new astoria espresso grinder
bunn brewer + airpots
refrigerator
4 sinks
fresh and grey water tanks
hot water heater
tons of syrups, sauces, and paper supplies

Cart needs a power supply or you can purchase a generator
Our venue supplied us with 1- 220/20amp circuit + 2-110/20 amps

Please contact me if you are interested. $20000 OBO. I'm going to attempt to post some pics of the cart.
