defunct moccamaster Nope. It went in the trash. I eventually got a response from Boyds (it helps if you copy in the Technivorm head office in holland). I was advised to descale, which I'd already done several times. Then there was radio silence from them so I threw it out. A day or so later...

I bought a Moccamaster from Boyds 18 months ago and have loved it. However 10 days ago it stopped brewing - the switch lights and hotplate still work, but it looks like the element's packed up. Anybody else seen this? It's an awful lot of money for only a year and a half use...
