I'm drinking our own brand, Astonishing Coffee Kenya AA single origin blend. I put it in a french press and brewed it for 8 minutes, awesome!

I use prework in the morning for the gym but if I replace that with coffee, I can probably do 5-6 8oz cups a day. My days usually start at 5:30am and I'm in bed by 10pm.

For a coffee shop? I don't think you need it. Just make sure you have insurance and tell your employees their life matters more, don't be a hero.
