It is located in San Luis Obispo which is half way between LA and SFO. Very desirable area to be in and the location of the coffee house is ideal. I just can't run both of my coffee houses and a roasting facility by myself.
Contact me if you are interested in owning all or part of a coffee shop with full blown kitchen. We currently do all of our own baking but would like to do a full breakfast. I have another shop and a roasting facility and do not have the time to put into the expansion.
